General Terms for using the website, applications, and services of WSNL B.V. for consumers.

What is Winkelstraat.nl?

Winkelstraat.nl is an intermediary. This means that Winkelstraat.nl facilitates the agreements made between you and its Partner(s). The General Terms that you see now apply to this mediation service; you see them before placing your order because they are important. So please read these terms carefully. We also recommend that you save or print these General Terms for your records.

You can place an order through Winkelstraat.nl, which establishes a contract between you and the Partner offering the product you ordered via Winkelstraat.nl.

WSNL B.V. is a limited liability company registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 54755689, located at De Limiet 19, Vianen. You cannot pick up orders here.

What is a Partner?

A Partner is an individual or legal entity that offers products through Winkelstraat.nl. This can be either a retailer or the brand itself.

Ordering through Winkelstraat.nl

When you order through Winkelstraat.nl, we forward your order details to the relevant Partner. You will receive an order confirmation email from Winkelstraat.nl. The processing and delivery of the order are carried out by and through the Partner. Winkelstraat.nl is therefore not a party to the purchase agreement. Winkelstraat.nl directly transfers your order to the Partner from whom you ordered a product.

All Partners offering products through Winkelstraat.nl also have their own terms. These terms apply to the purchase agreement you enter into with the Partner(s). You can find these terms here.

Prices, product characteristics, and other information

Winkelstraat.nl always strives to ensure that all information you receive is accurate. After all, you make your purchasing decisions based on that information. However, it's possible that some information may not be correct. We're here to help you if you receive something different from what you thought you were buying. If the relevant Partner describes something differently than what you received, we will ask the Partner to deliver the correct product. If thatโ€™s not possible, you can let us know if you'd like to keep the delivered product or return it.

Since Winkelstraat.nl aims for a good selection and satisfied customers, we appreciate it if you always report incorrect information, even if you want to keep the product. You can do so via our email: service@winkelstraat.nl

Online payments

Payments you make directly on the Winkelstraat.nl website are transferred by Winkelstraat.nl to the Partner you ordered from. If you change your mind within the legal reflection period (also called the cooling-off period) and decide to cancel your order, legally known as "exercising the right of withdrawal," we will refund your payment immediately. Additionally, to the extent that a Partner you ordered from has not (fully) proceeded with delivery, we will ensure that you get your money back. Liability

Although we do everything we can to prevent it, sometimes things can go wrong in our mediation (think, for example, but not limited to, a situation where the website isnโ€™t functioning properly). Of course, we do our utmost to ensure you come back, as we wouldn't exist without our customers. Complaints

Although Winkelstraat.nl only provides a mediation service and is not responsible for the execution of the purchase agreement with a Partner, we are interested to hear from you. Winkelstraat.nl strives for quality. If you have complaints about the mediation or about Partners, you can reach out to us. You can contact us at: service@winkelstraat.nl. We will do our best to mediate between you and the Partner concerning your complaint. We always respond substantively within a maximum of 14 days. Of course, you can also submit a complaint to the Disputes Committee for Home Shopping if your submitted complaint cannot be resolved by us. Additionally, you can bring your complaint to the Disputes Committee through the European ODR Platform.
